Eligibility
Eligibility (age, educational qualification, mandatory certification, and post-qualification experience) is defined separately for each of the 127 post codes and varies widely — for example, General Banking Officers (Scale II) need a graduate degree with a minimum 2 years' banking experience, while senior Specialist roles such as Project Management Professional (Scale VI) require a relevant engineering/technical degree plus 12 years of post-qualification experience and a recognised project management certification. Selection Process
- Up to Scale III posts: Online Examination and/or Group Discussion (if required) and/or Personal Interview, depending on the number of applicants.
- Scale IV, V and VI posts: Group Discussion (if required), any other test/assessment, and/or Personal Interview.
- For Specialist Officer post codes (S01-S108) up to Scale III, the online exam consists of 50 professional-knowledge questions worth 100 marks in 60 minutes.
- For General Banking post codes (G01-G19) up to Scale III, the online exam covers Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning and English Language, 25 marks each.
The Bank reserves the right to add, cancel or modify the selection method for any notified post.
